SCHEMES

  1. SWAMI VIVEKANANDA YOUTH EMPOWERMENT SCHEME

To make Uttar Pradesh a digitally active state and for the technical empowerment of the youth of the state, the Govt. of UP has decided to distribute tablets/smartphones to the students of different sections of the state. Under this scheme, students enrolled in various teaching/training programs of higher/higher educational institutions, graduate, postgraduate, diploma, skill development, paramedical and nursing students etc. will get the benefit of this scheme. The state government will distribute tablets/smart phones to the students through their respective university/college/institute.

2. PRADHAN MANTRI KAUSHAL VIKAS YOJNA (PMKVY)

The main objective of the Scheme is to impart Engineering Skills for 10 Lakh youth in the next three years. It is aimed to:

  1. Encourage the institutions for making the best use of available infrastructure of higher education system during off hours for skill training.
  2. Provide employable and certifiable skills based on National Occupational Standards (NOS) with necessary soft skills to the school dropouts who want to pursue/attain higher order skills and living in the vicinity of College.
  3. Provide for up-gradation and certification of traditional/acquired skills of the learners irrespective of their age;
  4. Provide opportunities for community-based life-long learning by offering courses of general interest to the community for personal development and interest;
  5. Offer bridge courses to certificate holder of general/ vocational education, so as to bring them at par with appropriate NSQF level.
  6. Provide entrepreneurial orientation along with required skills, trained for self-employment and entrepreneurship development.
  7. Provide Post Placement support, Tracking and Monitoring
3. AICTE SWANATH SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME

AICTE has approved ‘AICTE – SWANATH SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME’ for children from any one of the following categories:
1. Orphan
2. Either or both parents died due to Covid-19
3. Wards of Armed Forces and Central Paramilitary Forces martyred in action (Shaheed)
to provide them financial support of Rs. 50,000/- per annum for every year of study.

4. PRAGATI SCHOLARSHIP

Scholarship/Contingency is awarded to meritorious girls taking admission in AICTE approved Technical institution at Degree/ Diploma. Total 10000 scholarship are given @ Rs 50000 as incidentals each year.

5. SAKSHAM SCHOLARSHIP

Scholarship/Contingency is awarded to Differently abled students taking admission in AICTE approved Technical institution at Degree/ Diploma. Scholarship given @ Rs 50000 as incidentals each year.
